Every four years, Phillips 66 Motor Fuels hosts its marquee B2B conference to strengthen distributor networks and align partners with leadership's strategic direction. Facing the energy sector's structural transition toward electrification, the brand required an experience design system that projected forward-looking authority.

Stepping in to salvage a stalled development process on a highly compressed timeline, the team rapidly developed a dynamic visual language scaled across high-visibility environmental signage, stage production layouts, and attendee touchpoints.
